Tibbalds is an independent, employee-owned design and planning practice based in London and working across the UK. We connect planning, urban design and architecture to improve everyday life – creating places that work for the people who use them. Our focus is on masterplanning, spatial strategies, urban design frameworks and design advice to support clients in setting up projects well and to create great places.

 

Much of our work is for the public sector, landowners and developers and involves creating briefs, design codes, masterplans and regeneration strategies. We also provide project leadership and client design advice across a wide range of sectors.

 

Tibbalds design and placemaking skills are particularly helpful in supporting the early stages of projects and putting strategies in place to move early stage thinking forward and to enable delivery and funding strategies. Whether we're leading projects or working as specialist consultants within wider teams, we bring the same commitment to design quality, collaboration and rigour.
