Our work is about more than buildings. It is about connection: between people and place, land and light, craft and comfort. We are a design-led residential architecture studio creating thoughtful, sustainable and beautifully crafted homes in Cornwall and across the South West.

Each project begins with listening. We take time to understand how our clients live, how they connect to the landscape and what will make their home feel truly their own.

From these conversations we create homes that belong, shaped with care, calm in spirit and rooted in the character of their setting.

Passive House principles are woven into every project, not as an addition but as the foundation of comfort. This approach informs how we design from the outset, shaping homes that are comfortable, efficient and built to last.
