At the outset, the overall concept will be discussed at length with the client and ideas exchanged. Geoffrey will then interpret the clients’ requirements and offer a service where a variety of designs and layouts are discussed at length in order to achieve the desired home the client is seeking. Advice will be given regarding costs, and the need for other specialists to join the team, in order to deliver the successful outcome. Geoffrey will maintain contact throughout the project and offer a personal service that reassures the clients.
